MN RULE CHANGE:

Minnesota Hockey passed a multi-year phased rollout requiring all local arenas to house and use 54″ x 36″ nets for 10U/Squirt competition by September 2029

September 1, 2027: Arenas must use either 48″ x 36″ OR 54″ x 36″ junior/intermediate nets for all Squirt/10U practices and games.

September 1, 2029: The required net size shifts exclusively to 54″ x 36″ for all Squirt/10U competition and practices.
