Can you call in to order products verses purchasing online? Absolutely! We offer online purchasing for many of our products for those that want that option but we also love to talk to our customers. We’re happy to process your orders over the phone directly through our sales team.
Do you have a minimum purchase for online or call in orders? No. You buy what you want when you want it. It’s that’s simple!
What types of payments to you accept online? Online purchases are processed via Stripe or PayPal options. American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
How quickly will my order arrive? Some orders have specific shipping requirements but we will be sure that you are aware of the shipping process and when you can expect to see your order at the time of your purchase.
Can I make a return? Notifications of damages, shortages, or general returns must be made within 5 business days of delivery. Any visible damage to packaging at the time of delivery must be documented and recorded with shipping company. Rink Systems is not responsible for damaged or lost products in transit. All returns must be authorized by Rink Systems Inc. Authorized returns must be shipped pre-paid. All unauthorized returns will be returned at the customer’s expense. All returns are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee. Final refunds will be provided once products are inspected and free of any damages.
