The Berry Event Center, home of the D1 Wildcats, is garnering positive reviews by players, coaches and fans. NMU chose Rink Systems’ Legacy Elite system to replace their Olympic rink to the trending hybrid system closer to NHL standards. The new 200′ x 94′ sheet is more attractive to incoming players, adds more contact, increased goals and brings amazing action to the ice. Along with the new aluminum dasher boards, the glass was also replaced, leaving coaches more comfortable with safety and maneuverability, something their old system was lacking.
