Can you call in to order products verses purchasing online? Absolutely! We offer online purchasing for many of our products for those that want that option but we also love to talk to our customers. We’re happy to process your orders over the phone directly through our sales team.

Do you have a minimum purchase for online or call in orders? No. You buy what you want when you want it. It’s that’s simple!

What types of payments to you accept online? We accept almost all available payment options. Online orders accept PayPal and Stripe (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

Can I make a return? Notifications of damages, shortages, or general returns must be made within 5 business days of delivery. Any visible damage to packaging at the time of delivery must be documented and recorded with shipping company. Rink Systems is not responsible for damaged or lost products in transit. All returns must be authorized by Rink Systems Inc. Authorized returns must be shipped pre-paid. All unauthorized returns will be returned at the customer’s expense. All returns are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee. Final refunds will be provided once products are inspected and free of any damages. Customized products shall be approved by the purchaser prior to construction and are not returnable. Contact our office at 800-974-7930 for any return requests.

Can I order online if my account with Rink Systems is past due? Orders will not be shipped when a delinquent balance exists on an established account.  Contact our office to pay any outstanding balance at 800-974-7930.

How are shipping fees charged for international online orders? Customer is charged for shipping transportation and these some fees are shown in your cart and due at the time of checkout. Customer/recipient is also responsible for all taxes, import and duty fees that apply to international orders, including Canada. These international fees are not charged during checkout and are billed separately through the shipping company. These fees are not collected by or paid to Rink Systems Inc.
